I'm pretty done with the calculations. Chalet&BBQ.
Will be booking the double storey one, $330.

Okay, so
$330 divided by 17 is $19.50 each.People going for
BBQ only.

(7) JunsianPeople going for BBQ will pay $10 each.I would like to clarify this. People going for both BBQ and Chalet would pay lesser for the BBQ because we're paying quite alot for the chalet. Our budget for BBQ is $100.
$100 - $70 = $30
$30 divided by 17 = $1.80 (So people going for both chalet and BBQ would pay $19.50+$1.80=$21.30 :D
Why are the people coming for the chalet and BBQ paying so little? It is because, you come to the BBQ, of course you'll enter the chalet also what. So I think it's right for you to pay abit for the chalet also. So we take it as it's already in the money you're paying for the BBQ. Someone most of you eat already then go off le, leaving a number of us clearing up everything.
Anyone mindddddddddddddddddddddddddd? OR anyone unhappy about this arrangment? You can voice out your comments to me in the tagboard. I will read them with a open heart (:
